Issues regarding the development of business incubators in Romania:
1. How many such structures are registered in Romania, and under what legal status (are there any NGOs?), what forms of property? 2. Who finances them - local private capital, state funding, foreign capital? 3. Is there any form of aggregating organization (association, guvernment agency to support their activity?) 4. Id there a comprehensive study regarding incubators in Romania and their impact, and igf yes, is it available? 5. Are there analyses, case studies (Maybe in Timisoara or Iasi)? 6. What is the respective legislation (if any), are there legal/institutional barriers? 7. Are there other barriers (financing, mentality, bureaucracy etc.)? 8. What are your recommendations regarding the development of business incubators?

Aspecte privind dezvoltarea incubatoarelor de afaceri in Romania:
1. Cate asemenea structuri sunt inregistrate in Romania, si sub ce forme juridice (exista si NGO?), ce forme de proprietate?
2. Cine le finanteaza - capital autohton privat, de stat, capital strain?
3. Exista vreo forma de agregare a acestora (asociatie, agentie guvernamentala care sa se ocupe de activitatea lor?)
